Like any sized studio, consulting for a company with over 10 design workstations varies in duration and intensity, based on client needs. Our focus is often on the establishment of written management procedures that allow directives to trickle down to each individual operator. Through our work, we may find it appropriate to write a handbook or "tome" that resides at each workstation to facilitate the timely and uniform adoption of new procedures and guidelines.
