Beginning in 2000, he began exploring the operations of various Madison Avenue digital studios, from the very problematic to those with experts at the helm. In 2004, he elected to revamp a 12-person digital studio in midtown Manhattan in need of a post-merger overhaul.

Zach left the city in 2005 to pursue an Master's Degree at the University of Michigan. In 2007, he returned to NYC to leverage a new understanding of psychology and information transfer to the goal of improving creative services departments through a dedicated consultancy.
